The Art of Negotiation Skills !

  23^rd December 2010, we have learned about how to negotiate because it is very relate to business. En Hisham taught us the skills needed to make a very good negotiation and to have win win situation. We also divided to six groups to do the negotiation for the situation given earlier. My group has to be a landlord to negotiate the increment in rent house to a tenant. This is a very interesting task. Most of the preventatives from each group have talent to be an actor or actress even they done get the win win situation of the negotiation. I think that all for this session. I cannot come for the second day of negotiation skills because I have something to do.
